Pastor and Leadership Support

Throughout the year we work to encourage and equip the leaders of local ministries through personal mentoring, monthly fellowship events, assistance to church boards and pastors, and support through times of congregational change. We help locate ministry resources and speakers, and love to preach the Gospel when offered the opportunity!
InFaith Northwest Oregon also hosts an annual pastors, missionaries (and spouses) “Advance” at a peaceful Christian conference center on the Oregon coast. It is a weekend to rest, refresh one’s vision for ministry, worship with other shepherds, and sharpen one another with Biblical encouragement.
Fellowship Development and New Ministries/Opportunities

Part of our mission is to be constantly creative in seeking new openings for the Gospel. Whether it is starting a Bible study in a retirement home, combining the resources of two or more fellowships to lead a joint Vacation Bible School, speaking at retreats or camps, or fostering regular inter-fellowship worship, our only limitations are time and resources…and the Lord has those in unlimited quantities!
