God’s blessings come in “just the right time…”

It was great to celebrate Sunday with Pastor Brad Gentry and the congregation of Portland’s Woodland Park Chapel.  The Chapel held a special service and lunch to honor the Lord for the last ten years of renewal in that 76-year-old fellowship.  This decade of rejuvenation began in 2014, when Pastor Brad and the late Pastor Mark Helmberger were called to lead the church, fresh out of seminary.  Pastor Brad reminded the congregation of many things that occurred at “just the right time” to bring new life to the ministry at WPC, just as Jesus came in “the fulness of time” (Galatians 4:4) and will be coming again in the perfect timing of the Father’s plan.

Speaking of “just the right time…”
Be sure to set your clocks ahead by one hour when you go to bed this Saturday night!  Oregon is still observing the seasonal time change, despite recent legislation in Salem that would seek to change that.  So spring forward Sunday morning, or you might be late for worship!
